Project Description: A Colorado mortgage broker wanted to present each client with a custom Home Journal as a unique and memorable gift at closing.

Final Product: A beautiful binder made of recycled material. Its spine was covered in a deep blue linen fabric that displayed text printed in a shimmering silver metallic ink. The binder was filled with neat, clean pages in which clients could log important details about their new homes.
