Nestled within California's Paso Robles wine country, The Carlton Hotel reopened its doors in 2005 following an extensive renovation.
The primary vehicle for announcing the grand reopening was a full-page ad in the area's primary newspaper. We decided that a long-copy ad was the way to go, and the inviting, detail-rich narrative delivered an enticing overview to readers.
This full-page ad ran three times in conjunction with the reopening. The Carlton fared well as a result, and has since reclaimed its place as one of central California's must-see institutions.
